 Climate change has become one of the most pressing challenges facing the Philippines, a country that is highly vulnerable to both sudden and progressive changes in the environment. Sudden changes such as super typhoons, flash floods, and landslides often result from the increasing frequency and intensity of extreme weather events. These disasters destroy homes, agricultural lands, and infrastructures, leaving countless Filipinos displaced and without stable sources of income. The country’s geographical position in the Pacific “typhoon belt” amplifies the risk, and climate change only intensifies the severity of these calamities. It was fun capturing these amazing shots and moments during the Intramurals.
