SCIENCE MONTH CELEBRATION "Harnessing the Unknown: Powering the Future through Science and Innovation"

 The 2025 National Science Month Celebration in the Philippines was held throughout September with the full theme: "Harnessing the Unknown Powering the Future Through Science and Innovation". This theme emphasized the critical role of scientific inquiry, discovery, and creative problem-solving in addressing global challenges and building a brighter, more sustainable future. The celebration aimed to ignite curiosity, inspire innovation among the youth, and highlight the pervasive significance of science and technology in daily life and societal progress. 

Across various educational institutions, the theme translated into a diverse range of activities, including science quiz bees, poster making contests, eco-challenges, workshops, and science fairs. These events were designed to cultivate students' scientific skills, critical thinking, and spirit of collaboration, encouraging them to apply their knowledge in meaningful ways. By promoting the exploration of the "unknown" through hands-on experiences and competitions, the celebration fostered a mindset where curiosity and innovation become powerful tools for progress, ultimately shaping tomorrow's world.

First Quarter Reflection

My reflection about the first quarter of our last school year as Junior Highschool students This first quarter of Grade 10 was honestly a fun memory, and I hope it will continue until the last quarter. I got to experience so many different things from creative projects to competitions and it made this school year a lot more exciting and not just about academics. One of the things I struggled with was finishing all my notes. I think it was because there were just so many schoolworks going on and sometimes I focused more on group work or other tasks. Even though I didn’t complete all of them I still managed to understand the lessons and keep up with everything important and I know it’s something that I want to improve next quarter.
