Quarter 3 Reflection

Q3 REFLECTION- One More Quarter Until This Chapter Closes

During the third quarter, I gained many new learnings and discoveries that helped me grow both academically and creatively. One of my biggest learnings was experiencing real photoshoots as a photojournalist. Through this, I learned how to properly frame shots, capture meaningful moments, and tell a story through photos. I also improved my editing skills, especially in adjusting lighting, colors, and composition. In addition, I learned basic HTML tags, which helped me understand how web pages are structured and how simple codes can create content online.

Despite these achievements, I encountered several challenges along the way. One major problem I faced was time management. Balancing schoolwork, photoshoots as a photojournalist, editing tasks, and learning HTML was difficult, especially when deadlines overlapped. There were moments when I felt rushed and pressured, which affected my focus and productivity. Managing my time properly became a challenge as I tried to handle multiple responsibilities at once.

To address these challenges, I learned to organize my schedule better and prioritize important tasks. I started planning ahead, setting specific time slots for editing, studying HTML, and completing school requirements. I also learned to avoid procrastination and use my free time wisely. By practicing discipline and focusing on one task at a time, I was able to improve my efficiency and reduce stress.

Moving on, I will continue to improve my time management skills and further develop my abilities in photography, editing, and basic web design. I aim to become more confident as a photojournalist and more skilled in using HTML. With the lessons I learned this quarter, I am motivated to work harder, stay organized, and apply these skills in future projects and opportunities.
